If you already speak French and just need some practice, there is now a ‘French Club: Parlons français’ at the lovely Boulangerie Jade in Blackheath Royal Standard / 44 Vanbrugh Park SE3 0BD (There are several Boulangerie Jade, so make sure you go to the right one)
I have taught French in London’s Banks and blue-chip companies for more than 25 years, and I have noticed that many people with A-Levels and top grades cannot speak French anymore because they did not practise enough after their exams.
If you feel unconfident about joining the group directly, I also teach individually or in small groups.
The next French Clubs will be on Saturday the 24th of October and Saturday the 21st of November from 3 pm to 4:30 pm.
Each club meeting is limited to 10 people, so please book early with the Eventbrite link if you want to reserve a place.
I will be available afterwards if you prefer to discuss 1:1 course options.
Bon week-end et bonne semaine! À bientôt?

“The group worked very well together - Although I possibly spoke too much! It was helpful you did a re-cap of mistakes at the end - I wish I had taken notes so that I would remember and learn… The topic of music worked very well.
I love the way you speak French so clearly and use your hands to articulate the point being made.
The atmosphere was really charming and amusing! Well done!”

“Dear Annie,
Thank you for a very enjoyable session yesterday. I found the environment, the people and the content very good. (...) I’m not sure how you can improve future sessions, as I found the whole structure very good – it was neither too straightforward nor too difficult and overall I felt very comfortable.
Thank you again,
Fiona”
